Atheist parents (and others if you have a friendly suggestion)?

How do you, personally teach your children about religion? Is there a series of books or videos you would recommend? I want my child to respect the principles and practices of religions and to understand the motivation behind them. I don’t want her watching TV and thinking that all Muslims are Terrorists or that all Christians are like the people on the 700 Club, or worse, Fred Phelps. We have visited various churches and Pagan events. I’ve found a series of workbooks entitled Exploring World Beliefs and a video series entitled Understanding World Religions. That’s how we do it?
