What if I really do have ADD?

You might. I asked my doctor if I have it and she looked at me like I was crazy and rolled her eyes. I hate her. Anyway-thats another story. haha. Yeah, the only way they treat ADD is medication and the meds have some crazy side effects, so really its just that you need to accept it and TRY to control it on your own..and I don't know how to do that. :( sorry..
