Suboxone takes the cravings away, but makes me feel sick? HELP!?

I havnt used heroin in about 34 days.... Ive been put on a script of suboxone, and was a miricle to curb the cravings during this transitional period...but always makes me feel severly nauctious, and have horrible headaches. I started at 8mg when i was withdrawling, then tapered down to 6mg, thinking nausea and headaches would subside, a week later to 4mg, and a a few days later to 2mg, and even at 2 mgs it makes me feel sick...has anyone else experienced this? Why does this happen? I took it about a year ago for a few months and didnt have this problem, and i dont have money to see a doctor now to discuss it with them, i tried to call and they told me i could only talk to him with an appointment, which in no way can i afford! and in my current position believe that I really need help with the intense cravings, is suboxone just not going to work with my body? It makes me sad cause it helped a lot last time when it didnt make me feel sick all the time. -ANY input appreciated, thanks
