Should I pick up Matt Schaub and start him? or go with Jason Campbell vs. Eagles?

Shaub is due but Campbell and the Skins are playing good football only problem is Eagles, Skins, Giants, Cowboys always play each other tough so as good as Orton did for some reason the divisional games are either a shoot out or nothing happens.
