Is this proof that the liberal media bias exists?

According to the PEW Research Center, which is non-partisan, found that in the 2008 race, 73% of MSNBC's coverage of McCain was negative, while only 14% of coverage of Obama was negative. FOX News scored 40% negative coverage of BOTH candidates=fair and balanced. Need more proof?
