What is wrong with mee?! crazy?

ok..im usually a very emotional person and i do worry all the time(thats a whole other unresolved mental health issue..lol) but im freakin out right now..i DID just start my period today and i was really emotional yesterday too but for no reason i am like shaking and crying and so upset and paranoid and idk whats happening (btw im 18 ive had my period for 6 years and nvr experienced this) also my boyfriend of 4 years(who is 21..this isnt little kid drama) is sick and doesnt wana talk but im like histerically worried that something is wrong but he is uring me its nothing i just am overwhelmed with like anxiety or nervousness or idk..
