Plz help!!!! can this be a sign, of my gall bladder, over the last 2 weeks almost 3, i've ben having these?

pains in my right side, right under my rib cage, i can't sit and breathe and the same time, or lie down, im having constipation, and last night i felt like throwing the pain was so bad plzx help
