Need tips and advice on training pups seriously need some help lol?

im 16 my parents allowed me to get another another dog when our bull mastiffed died or old age my intentions were to get another bull mastiff til this little aussie stole my heart, and i wasnt having luck finding a bullmastiff in my area well my aussie she is 3 months old now and my parents surpised me last week bringing home a 6 week old male bullmastiff i love them both sooo much but i really have no idea on how to train them and parents are gone the majority of the day any advice and tips would help
