Hello. If you are in the US, all barber equipment must be chemically sterilized between clients. The odds of you contact HIV from a Barber are almost zero. Besides, you would not have symptoms from HIV in 2 days--that can take decades to develop. More than likely you picked up a virus at the lake (doesn't sound like flu either--too short a course). The fact that you are getting better is enough. Many illness do not need to be diagnosed if you get better. :)
