How do I keep the neighboors cats off my yard?

My neighboor has 30 cats! They are punky cats, they come over my place and pee and poo and scratch (through any open window, while I'm out or asleep it seems)... My cat poochy is mortified, anxious, and petrified and will only venture outside to do her business... Please help me.
