Does anyone know the best bluetooth wireless cell device for crackling and static?

I don't know if there's any bluetooths out there that won't cause static or crackling but I can tell you why a bluetooth will do that. If you don't have your cell phone near the ear you don't have your bluetooth in it will cause crackling and static. If you put your phone to where your bluetooth is it won't cause static.
