Does anyone have a recipe for Mexican Pink Cake?

They normally sell this cake in sheet form, where you take a slice. The frosting is pink and it's kind of like marzipan if not fondant (although it can't be fondant, as fondant tastes terrible), a hard skin that crackles when you press it with your finger. The bread itself is dry, not moist, and it tends to be deep yellow, not bright. Any ideas where a recipe can be found?
