Cisco VOIP and skype?

I run a small business and have Skype at my house and love it, i use it as my home phone and have a voip phone from Beklin running skype. But at my small buisness we've been using regular phones for 2 years now and hate having to use it because of its poor functionality features. We decited on investing on 3 Cisco 7970 VOIP phones and we were all wondering if Skype is compatible with them. And if not what other Voip services are out there.
